O'Bierne out until mid May, 2 new loanees and a kid from the academy.  Bienek concussion   I guess it was always going to get thin wasn't it?


Still, Hunslet have been hopeless so far...

Will definitely miss both of them. We always seem better going forward with Bienek in the team. Hopefully the new lads will go well- and that Hunslet stay hopeless!

That might be the key factor!

Fancy us for this game but have to admit when I saw the squad my confidence levels went down. Doesn’t take much for us to be deep into the academy players and then it gets tricky. Hope they perform and that we get a decent crowd. Saturday 5pm cuts right into my drinking time so I’m expecting them to put in a performance.

Having thought we might get something at Oldham, I'm clearly no judge so will just hope we turn up & see what happens.

The Championship looks incredibly competitive again.Can’t comment on the quality.Barrow can calm down a bit for starters.

Yes. It was preseason Balls and his leggings. 


We looked like a team with 2 decent props and then nothing and also a team with kid at halfback.  Another awful second half but some positivity given how many out injured.

I thought Stock, Worthington, Poscelli and Walker did really well. HHurd grew in confidence and was busy. To fall knows where the try line is and I didn’t think Binks was out of place. Boys from Wolves did well. That knock to Johnson looked like it may count him out for next game. We need Hellac to score some of the non routine kicks. Overall with a weakened squad albeit against a side that struggled to create and kicked very badly a decent result. We left loads of points on the field but it was enjoyable. Well done to all.
