1. We all have Gas and Lecci, do a proper affinity deal with the current cheapest company and get the switch fee donated to the club. Rope in friends and family on the deal and 2500 households would generate over £100,000

2. Most families now have telecomms packages incl broadband - do the same deal as above and many more tens of thousands raised

3. We all shop at a supermarket - instead of the loyalty points have a Leyther card linked to a sponsorship - must be worth £50 pa per card - again over £100k pa waiting to be picked up

4. Bank Accounts, credit cards and others are opportunities to explore

and before you ask I am talking to TB about one of these and hopefully will have a deal soon.

if that is possible thats a great idea, especially with having a few new supermarkets. i for one would shop were we would gain for the club

I have set up something similar in the past with consolodating several business's energy bill into one, saving quite a bit. your idea Maurice is great, I always admire thinking "outside the box" I constantly encourage my staff to do just that. No idea should ever be knocked down.

My only question would be , why has this not been done before , by bigger clubs than us ?

Too much aggro for a bigger club possibly. It seems an easy way if 1) its legal 2) Fans are motivated to fill out forms

It just seems one of those ' too simple ideas ' not to have been considered before , how much money if it worked would it make for a Man Utd ?
