Not sure how keen everyone will be on the 4nations this year, but I, having just booked my seat at Wembley for the double header am impressed with the RFL's initial approach to the tournament.

I've heard a few tools state their dismay at it being in London but showcasing our sport in the Country's National stadium is certainly a positive move! And at £10 a ticket I am almost gobsmacked. Combine that with my two night stay and I'm not even going to break a hundred. That wouldn't get you your ticket and a cardigan to watch a kick and clap game at Twickenham Old Boy!!

I just hope the RFL are really pushing this initiative down south. If they're serious about the city of London taking to RL then this is the greatest oppurtunity they'll get at doing so. I've never really been an advocate of RL down south, and I'm usually dismissive when discussing it. But this is finally a step forward. Otherwise those crowds at the Stoop will still be tallied up on one hand.

Hope everyone who reads this is considering going. Its as cheap a sporting weekend as you're going to come across ....

Glad to hear you're heading down for it. It's a great move...IF it is marketed down properly down here - i.e. adverts on the tube and buses plus even TV advertising. And the build up needs to start now and not 2 weeks before the match. I worry they've left it too late in announcing dates etc.

I'm not a huge fan of the double header concept as I don't think it actually adds to the crowd (it isn't appealing to the neutral) and you end up with people in and out but hopefully with Kiwis, Aussies and Brits altogether it should be a good carnival atmosphere and some great rugby on show.

I'm certainly hoping to get a few newcomers along - top class International sport at Wembley for a tenner can't be beaten.

I also hope that if we get 40 odd thousand this isn't seen as a failure but as a starting point - those 40k should then all be sent promotions for the next RL international at Wembley....but then that would smack of long term thinking.

This is a great idea by the RFL - I do agree, the marketing has to start now. This is our best opportunity as a sport to intice people from the South to watch our great game of Rugby League.

Harlequins have a huge part to play in this - they should really put in some strong marketing inniatives, as its them who'll benefit from this.

A lot of us Welsh will be making the trip - mostly Southwalians I should think. Its not too far for them.

Hopefully, the whole of the Four Nations will be a success. Wish it would be sooner - can't wait !

We could prove that we have taken strides closer to the standard of the NRL.

Oh.... not sure. I presumed they were on there. I haven't got mine for that game yet, just Wrexham and Leigh. Best bet is by phone, they'll be able to give you an answer for sure.

Tickets for all of the other matches went on sale yesterday. For some reason the match at the HJ did not. In League Express it said on sale date to be confirmed.

I panicked as well when I went online on Monday morning and couldn't find them. I'm hoping to take some friends from NZ to their first league game. Really looking forward to it.
